[field title=”Wedding Colors”]Soft autumnal colors in a natural palette of neutrals and greenery and an ombre of oranges to muted coral and pinks. Honoring Taylor’s love for fall, the palette featured an array of autumn hues like terracotta and olive, but the scheme was lightened with pops of pink tones. [/field]
[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]Taylor has a great love for nature and everything equestrian, so choosing Tranquility Farm in the Virginia countryside as their venue was an easy choice. The couple wanted their wedding to serve as a gathering of their most cherished friends and family, while showcasing their unique style. While Taylor is inspired by rustic, bohemian charm, Jordan prefers a clean, modern French style, and their wedding design was the perfect blend of these two styles![/field]
[field title=”Proposal Story”]Despite wanting a beautiful, big wedding, Jordan and Taylor had their sights set on the bigger picture. Partway through the planning process, the couple realized that they didn’t want to wait any longer to start their life together as a married couple. They turned their engagement session into a spring elopement, with Taylor’s sister as the witness, underneath a cherry blossom tree. With a simple lace dress and textural spring bouquet, the couple’s intimate elopement centered on their dedication to one another. [section title=”The Details”]
[field title=”Food & Drink”]The guests transitioned to cocktail hour, where one of the couple’s greatest shared interests was on full-display: coffee. An equestrian-trailer turned latte bar was an absolute hit in the crisp fall evening, and the guests were greeted by a show-stopping escort display that also served as personalized favors. The “Love is Brewing” escort display featured customized bags of the couple’s favorite blend, as well as the story behind this personal touch and the dog rescue donations made by it. An alcohol-free event, Taylor and Jordan took the opportunity to provide guests with a full menu of signature mocktail options. Guests also enjoyed a gorgeous, multi-course spread of autumn-inspired cuisine by Spilled Milk.

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]A sailcloth tent hosted the reception space- a perfect fusion of the two styles. Stunning, lush floral arrangements by Holly Chapple created a show-stopping entrance and were carried throughout the reception design to bring color and life to the space. Geometric wooden shapes balanced with elegant, metallic-embellished tablescapes to elevate the design. A custom backdrop for the stage and wooden dessert display table created powerful focal elements and were softened with rattan chandeliers dripping in greenery. Pops of modern elements accentuated the space, like the lucite “gimme some sugar” sign on the dessert display.

[field title=”Wedding Cake”]As part of a beautiful dessert display, the cake featured a surprise cameo from their beloved dog, Olive![/field]
[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]The ceremony was performed by Jordan’s dad, which made the day extra sentimental and meaningful. The couple shared their first dance to “Joy of my Life” by Chris Stapleton, and then guests danced the night away to the folk band.[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #1″]Taylor and Jordan wanted to incorporate their dog Olive into the day as much as possible while maintaining an air of sophistication. She was not only present for much of the celebration, they found smaller ways to pay tribute to her in the design of their wedding— from the custom drink signs “olive you a latte,” to the olive branch wallpaper on the bars and band backdrop to the custom cocktail napkins and dog cake topper, their furry family member was celebrated alongside the couple themselves! [/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #2″]Representing their appreciation for the friends and family present, Taylor’s bridesmaids bouquets were mono-floral, and when combined, each flower featured in the various bouquets made up the bridal bouquet. [/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #3″]Taylor has a great love for nature and everything equestrian, so choosing Tranquility Farm in the Virginia countryside as their venue was an easy choice. The couple wanted their wedding to serve as a gathering of their most cherished friends and family, while showcasing their unique style. While Taylor is inspired by rustic, bohemian charm, Jordan prefers a clean, modern French style, and their wedding design was the perfect blend of these two styles! The couple wed on a hill overlooking the farm, surrounded by fall foliage and their loved ones. Rows of stunning florals flanked the aisles as the couple said “I do” in front of a triangular altar piece, which tied into both Taylor’s boho inspiration and their religious views.
