[field title=”Wedding Colors”] Pink was the color of summer last year but before there was Barbie, Molly knew she wanted shades of pink mixed with natural wood and green elements to be the color scheme of her wedding day! [/field]
[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]The décor was a seamless fusion of natural elements and bright pops of color. Wicker and natural woods created a warm and inviting atmosphere, while an abundance of pink flowers and cherry blossom trees added a touch of romance and elegance.

[field title=”Proposal Story”]Daniel proposed just before New Years Eve at the family’s lake house. On a snowy afternoon, he called Molly outside to sit by the fire before getting dressed for the night. He tried to include their golden retriever, Archie, to pop the question. Daniel had enlisted her sister to take pictures of the moment, and Archie got distracted as he sniffed out the visitors, who she didn’t know were there to celebrate. Daniel asked her to marry him with both of their families there to watch and celebrate, and one very excited dog!

[field title=”Wedding Gown”] Molly’s gown is from LBR Bridal, a small bridal shop in Chicago. She had a specific idea for a big bow, but couldn’t find something that she loved. The team at LBR helped her find a dress I could customize and built her exactly what she was looking for. The bow was made by their wonderful seamstress, adding the perfect detail to a classic dress.

[field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”] Molly’s bridesmaids were given a color scheme to stick to, but she left the rest up to them. They were able to coordinate textures and shades of pink to look put amazing together but still fun for the mountain backdrop. Can someone say Barbiecore?! [/field]

[field title=”Food & Drink”]One of the main priorities for Molly & Daniel was cocktail hour – they wanted a lot of food and incredible drinks! Guests walked into the space and found their seats with a custom floral escort wall before making their way to cocktail hour where they served lamp lollipops, a play on chicago hot dog and a make your own poké station. For dinner, the couple chose to delight their guests with a playful and delicious twist—smashburgers. This unexpected choice brought a sense of familiarity and comfort! [/field]

[field title=”Special Detail #1″]Taking the gondola up to the rehearsal dinner was a highlight of the weekend. All of their guests were out of towners, and many had never been to the mountains. It was so special to see friends and family ride the gondola and take in the views of Beaver Creek. [/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #2″]Walking down the aisle looking up at the ski hill – The backdrop from the ceremony was something special. Molly & Daniel got to walk down the aisle in the same place we skied the winter before and say I do at the base of the mountain. Not only did it make for a beautiful backdrop, but they could feel what they loved about the Rockies while standing under the chuppah.[/field]
