We didn’t plan to propose to each other on the same trip, and certainly not within the same 24 hours, but Paris had other plans for us. That morning, he surprised me in the gardens of Versailles with a quiet, heartfelt proposal, surrounded by history, beauty, and blooming symmetry. I was completely overwhelmed in the best way, but what he didn’t know was that I had been carrying a ring too. That night, under the glittering lights of the Eiffel Tower, I asked him the very same question, unable to hold it in any longer. It turns out we had both been waiting for the perfect moment, and in true “us” fashion, we accidentally created two. One story, two proposals, and a whole lot of love.

Guests chose between tender short rib, perfectly seared sea bass, and a creamy, flavorful shrimp risotto—each dish beautifully plated and full of vibrant flavor. The evening began with a selection of passed hors d’oeuvres that set the tone for the night, including bite-sized bursts of seasonal ingredients and creative pairings. From the first cocktail to the final bite, every element was designed to feel luxurious yet approachable, adding to the sense of celebration and indulgence.

The goal was to create an environment where our guests felt like they were stepping into a dreamlike garden, full of movement and joy, as if they were playing in a field of blooms.
