Pasta Courses: Ravioli stuffed with sheep ricotta, three kinds of tomatoes, and mint, as well as Pappardelle with Wild Boar ragout, an ode to the rich culinary heritage of Italy. Main Course: The indulgence continued with pork filet infused with herbs and served with Sagrantino sauce, accompanied by buttery potatoes and baby spinach with raisins and pine nuts. For those with a vegetarian preference, the Eggplant Parmigiana provided an equally tantalizing option. Wines from Cantina Lungarotti, including Chardonnay and Sangiovese, complemented the exquisite dishes, elevating the dining experience to new heights.
