Dinner was an unforgettable culinary experience held in the courtyard of Villa il Garofalo. Under the open sky, guests were treated to a symphony of flavors and textures. The menu, curated by the acclaimed Alloro, was a tribute to Italian culinary artistry: Entrée: Salty babà with pecorino cream and mushroom sauce, a culinary delight that awakened the senses. Pasta Courses: Ravioli stuffed with sheep ricotta, three kinds of tomatoes, and mint, as well as Pappardelle with Wild Boar ragout, an ode to the rich culinary heritage of Italy. Main Course: The indulgence continued with pork filet infused with herbs and served with Sagrantino sauce, accompanied by buttery potatoes and baby spinach with raisins and pine nuts. For those with a vegetarian preference, the Eggplant Parmigiana provided an equally tantalizing option. Wines from Cantina Lungarotti, including Chardonnay and Sangiovese, complemented the exquisite dishes, elevating the dining experience to new heights.

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]The ceremony took place amidst a garden adorned with a breathtaking array of blooms, echoing the rich history of Tuscany. The floral arrangements, orchestrated by Flowers Living, included greenery, white roses, and baby’s breath. The ceremony space was meticulously set up with grounded florals, forming a semi-circle that framed the couple as they exchanged their vows, all without obstructing the view of the stunning landscape. A pristine white carpet ran down the aisle, creating a path for Emily’s entrance, her steps guided by the promise of love.[/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]

The wedding cake, a Mille-feuille with Chantilly cream, was a visual and culinary masterpiece, boasting one layer with almond brittle and another with chocolate drops and fresh wild berries on top. It was not just a dessert; it was a work of art, prepared by the Pastry Chef in front of the delighted guests. The cake-cutting moment was an enchanting spectacle, symbolizing the sweetness of Emily and Nicholas’ love.
