Taylor and Graham’s vision was clear from the very beginning: they dreamed of a timeless and classic wedding that could honor the charm and beauty of Tuscany. Thanks to the impeccable vision and meticulous work of Olivia and her team, Villa Il Poggiale transformed into the ultimate canvas for this celebration—its refined architecture and breathtaking views of the rolling Tuscan countryside seamlessly shaping and elevating the entire aesthetic, creating an unforgettable backdrop that perfectly captured the essence of timeless elegance. The celebration, an intimate gathering of just 50 guests, was carefully curated to evoke a warm, personal atmosphere—where every detail was thoughtfully designed to make each attendee feel truly welcome and cherished. The ceremony unfolded with a runway-inspired seating arrangement, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in every heartfelt moment. Breaking with tradition, Taylor and Graham chose to have their bridal party seated among the guests, ensuring the spotlight remained solely on the couple. The bridesmaids and groomsmen made their entrances individually, adding a subtle yet impactful touch of modern elegance. The reception carried this effortless sophistication forward: a single long table beneath grand chandeliers, bathed in the soft, flickering glow of candlelight, setting a warm and romantic scene. The intimate and authentic atmosphere was a true reflection of the bride and groom’s style, making every guest feel like an essential part of their love story. After all, isn’t that what every wedding should be?

[field title=”Proposal Story”]

Taylor and Graham’s story began most unexpectedly: they met at a bar, dancing the night away in a town neither of them lived in. There was an instant spark between them, so strong that the very next day Graham invited Taylor to dinner. Their connection grew so naturally that, just one month later, Graham asked Taylor to be his girlfriend, and within a few months, they moved in together, just two blocks away from the bar where their paths had first crossed. When it came time to propose, Graham wanted to make it as meaningful as their love story. He planned an entire day in Hoboken, New Jersey, revisiting each place that held a special memory for them, letting those moments guide the day. It ended at an intimate lookout with a breathtaking view of New York City, where Graham got down on one knee and asked the question they had both been waiting for. Taylor, of course, said yes! But there was still one last surprise: back at the bar where they first met, all their closest friends were gathered for a surprise party. A heartfelt and beautiful proposal, rich with memories, that felt perfectly right for them.

The food was a celebration of Italian flavors. The evening kicks off with a chic cocktail hour featuring iconic Aperol Spritz and sparkling Italian Prosecco, followed by a timeless seated dinner. There was a three-course menu starting with a delicate prawn tartare, followed by a “pici” pasta dish (handmade thick kind of spaghetti), and then an oven-baked veal. Each dish was flawlessly paired with Tuscan wines, elegantly arranged along the table for guests to sip and savor throughout the evening.

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]

Taylor and Graham chose a minimal yet elegant floral style that felt perfectly in harmony with the Tuscan landscape. The ceremony had a runway-style seating arrangement, so that guests could fully experience every emotional moment. The ceremony embraced a less-is-more allure: two sculptural floral columns standing at the aisle’s end, and a delicate trail of rose petals leading the way, setting a scene of effortless romance. At the reception, the floral palette remained cohesive, embracing subtle, natural tones that blended with the surroundings of the villa. In a nod to sustainability, the ceremony’s floral columns were elegantly repurposed to frame the head table and the newlyweds, weaving a refined sense of continuity from ceremony to dinner. A single long table shimmered beneath sparkling chandeliers, while countless candles cast a warm, intimate glow, beautifully enhancing the floral palette that dressed the scene.

Skipping the classic wedding cake, the couple served up a playful duo of cannoli and tiramisu, much to the guests’ delight. And, in true Italian style, midnight brought a surprise of pizza bites — the ultimate late-night indulgence before the party carried on into the early hours.
