The wedding colors were a lovely spring mix of lavender, blush pink, and dusty rose with light greenery to complement the soft palette.

[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]
I was inspired by Lake Como, Italy, and French garden vibes. I loved the loose, organic, and garden aesthetic with soft spring colors, along with accents of golds and blacks. I was also just really digging different shades of green, so I tried incorporating different green accents where I could. The inspiration was romantic and whimsical.

[field title=”Proposal Story”]Isaiah and I met on Hinge in 2023. We were honestly both very skeptical about getting back on dating apps as we both never had any luck and of course were hoping to meet one another organically in person. We both remember almost giving up and deleting the app when I liked one of his photos and we matched. We messaged for like 3 days on the app before he asked for my number and to talk on the phone. If you know me, I never give my phone number out that easily and absolutely dislike talking on the phone; texting is my jam. well i just felt in my gut that i should just do it anyways even if it wasn’t my norm. Our first phone call lasted almost 3 hours. We texted all day and would talk on the phone every night. We asked deep questions, talked about God, our goals and of course what we both wanted for our future. We talked on the phone for a whole month before having our first official date. we didn’t mean for that to happen but with my busy event schedule during the week and weekend and his busy work week and distance a month had passed we found a weekend that worked for the both of us. We had our first date at The Rutledge in Nashville. Had a yummy dinner then ended up going out to a random bar to dance. Hands down was the best date I had. After that we saw each other every weekend.[/field]

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]
The florals were curated by the bride and her team from Bloom 615, where she works as a florist. Her design and vision came to life when Bloom 615 created a ceremony space that felt like a curated garden scene, alive with texture and romance. The arch was asymmetrical, whimsical, and bursting with alliums, baby’s breath, garden roses, and trailing greenery in lavender, blush, and cream. The reception had candles in glass cylinders that flickered among sculptural florals in lilac, blush, and ivory. The place settings featured gold flatware, green ceramic chargers, and delicate porcelain plates with gold leaf detailing. Custom menus sat atop taupe linen napkins.

The ceremony was peaceful and full of shared stories and experiences from the couple. They read bible verses and thanked God for meeting and being present in their love. The reception space lit up, and the mood shifted into a fun party vibe! The couple danced the night away.

[field title=”Special Detail #1″]
The send-off was magical. Guests lined the walkway with ribbons and glow wands as cold sparks exploded around the couple. Emily and Isaiah danced through the lights one final time, hand in hand, arms raised in triumph. It was electric, celebratory, and so fitting for a day that had honored everything they love most.

[field title=”Special Detail #2″]
From the bride: “I have no complaints whatsoever. Everyone saw my vision and brought it to life. It was such a fun experience to be in the bride’s shoes this time. As a person in the industry, it can be difficult to let go and let your team and other vendors take care of it, but thankfully,y I trusted that everyone would be able to execute the way I envisioned. And it was my magical day.”
