[field title=”Proposal Story”]
Grant was proposed during the summer after our first year of medical school. He planned the proposal during a vacation we went on with my family to Hawaii. He went with my dad to buy the engagement ring at the Diamond District in Estero and contacted a photographer in Hawaii called Engaged on Maui, who captured our special moment for us without my initial knowledge. Grant proposed at the top of the Haleakala volcano at sunset. It was magical, and I still get comments regarding the photos!

The floral design consisted of all pure white blooms of baby’s breath, garden roses, peonies, and orchids. With cascading elements from the ceremony to the reception, with lush flowers and candles throughout. The custom wrapped dance floor centered the room with statement 8′ pieces in the corners and a bar that completed the room. There were details from the moment guests entered.

[field title=”Special Detail #1″]”A Love That Blossomed Everywhere”
From the moment guests received their invitations, they were immersed in Keelin and Grant’s story through a bespoke floral illustration that became a signature motif of the day. The custom artwork was delicate, meaningful, and designed just for them. It was beautifully woven throughout the celebration, gracing everything from the invitation suite and dinner menus to the dance floor. [/field]

“RX: A Prescription for Joy” With both newly minted doctors, we gave Keelin and Grant a playful nod to their medical school journey with a seating chart that doubled as a dose of charm. Titled “Love is the Best Medicine”, the escort display looked like a pharmacy of affection. Each guest found their “prescription” for the evening under the banner RX: Find Your Seat, turning a classic wedding detail into a moment of delight and personality.

“A Wisconsin-Style Dance Party.” The band kept the energy sky-high all night long, but it was the late-night snacks that truly brought the house down. In a nostalgic and heartfelt nod to Grant’s Wisconsin roots, guests were treated to crispy cheese curds and hot dogs, comfort food that hit just right after hours of dancing. It was the perfect pairing of fun and flavor, blending Midwest charm with elegance and making guests feel right at home as they celebrated on the dance floor.
