Bachelor Alum Teddi Wright’s Solage Calistoga Autumn Wedding

The former “Bachelor” contestant, first introduced her then boyfriend in January of 2023 as the two celebrated with her first ever New Year’s Kiss. As he doesn’t have social media and she wanted to protect their relationship in its early stages, the world didn’t know much else – other than how this new love gave her butterflies – until their engagement in April. “So this is love …,” she began. “I am engaged and feel so blessed I get to spend forever with my best friend. I’ve been crying for days since it’s happened and it still feels like a dream.” She then admired her fiance’s engagement ring selection, saying, “Can we take a moment for how good my fiancé (omg) and @jeandousset did on the ring. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world!! Now let’s get me married.” When you know, you know and Teddi was ready to become Mrs. Meyers! The couple dove into planning and tied the knot in November, ending the year as husband and wife.[/field]

[field title=”Wedding Gown”]”I wore a Grace Loves Lace dress and am so happy with the choice! It was satin and high neck in the front that made it feel very timeless and classy but low back and sexy in the back. I just felt so confident in it and like a bride when I put it on and I knew it was my dress right away! I changed into a mini strapless white dress for the after party and it was so fun!”[/field]

[field title=”Groomsman Attire”]The groomsmen donned black suits with white open-collar shirts, while the groom wore a black tux and bowtie.[/field]

[field title=”Food & Drink”]”We had a plated dinner of chicken and steak, it was so good and our friends and family all raved about it! As the night continued on we had a s’mores bar for our guests to make s’mores by the bonfires outside.”[/field]
[field title=”Florals & Decor”]Peonies were out of season, but are Teddi’s favorite flower, so she was very hopeful to incorporate peonies into her day in some way. “Somehow my florist worked his magic and I had the most beautiful peony bridal bouquet! I also wanted flowers ‘planted like a garden’ down the aisle and it turned out so beautiful.”[/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]”We had a vintage style heart cake that was classic vanilla flavor that was delicious. We also had lemon cake for our guests to enjoy.”[/field]
[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]”My husband’s favorite song is ‘Is This Love’ by Bob Marley, so I found a beautiful cover of the song that was perfect for me to walk down the aisle to! We wrote handwritten vows for our private first look to read to each other and then said the traditional vows during the ceremony surrounded by our family and friends. My father in law was the officiant for the wedding, it made it feel very personal and special to us to have someone so close to us help seal our union. We decided to do a private communion during our ceremony as our first act as husband and wife, it was very special!”[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #1″]”All of our siblings were in our wedding. My brother walked my mother down the aisle. His brothers were in the groomsmen party. My sister was my maid of honor and walked down the aisle with her husband and 2 sons as the ring bearers, they looked so cute in their tiny suits! My other sister and my now sister in law walked down the aisle with their husbands and daughters as the flower girls in tutus and flower crowns. It was really special for our siblings to have these roles as it felt like seeing the love in the generations that came before us walking down the aisle before I walked down to my now husband.”[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #2″]”One memory I loved was the groomsmen party picking my mom up and throwing her around in the air like she was crowd surfing during the dancing portion, it was a memory we will all remember and laugh about for years to come!”[/field]
