[field title=”Wedding Colors”]The overall wedding colors were based on the bride’s inspiration of a collection of 30 colors in a chart. We narrowed these down to a beautiful palette of soft, muted, yet not too dull pastels. Each bridesmaid wore a different color, perfectly melding into a transition from spring to summer, creating a harmonious yet playful visual effect together.

[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]The couple envisioned a wedding that balanced elegance with a sense of intimacy, blending classic formal touches with modern elements. The vibe was playful and light, with soft pastel tones setting the stage. We wanted a very elegant vibe of effortless beauty, without being overly formal.[/field]
[field title=”Proposal Story”]On July 11th, 2022, Jacob and Meredith were traveling with her family when he got down on one knee along The Ring of Kerry – an incredibly scenic drive around the Iveragh Peninsula in Southwest Ireland. They are high school sweethearts, so they had been together for many years, and being surrounded by family made the moment all the more special.

[section title=”The Details”]
[field title=”Food & Drink”]Rosewood Sandhill is known for their food, especially having a Michelin stared restaurant associated to it, so the highlight of the wedding was definitely the cocktail reception and dinner. The couple chose this venue in part for its outstanding culinary offerings, knowing that the food would be exceptional. Their tasting experience confirmed this, setting high expectations for their guests. Along with the food experience, the couple chose three signature drinks, each with a special meaning. The bride took great care in selecting their drinks, representing herself and her future husband, as well as one named in honor of their dog, who couldn’t attend. The bride’s drink was chosen specifically based on color to complement the overall aesthetic, ensuring even the smallest details like straws, napkins, and garnishes were perfect. Meanwhile, the groom based his drink on flavor preferences. As the evening progressed, cake and late-night snacks were provided as a perfect end to the evening.[/field]
[field title=”Florals & Decor”]As the couple was not local, they fell in love with Rosewood during a visit, based on it’s enchanting, modern, clean, and California vibes, tucked-away but conveniently located. The floral arrangements by Nicole Ha reflected this balance of simplicity and purpose. The bridesmaids carried smaller bouquets, while the bride’s bouquet was more elaborate, featuring soft white blooms with subtle greenery. The boutonnieres were styled to match the bouquets.
A favorite photo of the bride’s which showcased a bar surrounded by gorgeous garden-like florals was a real inspiration and the true catapult to the rest of the design, which started with the entryway floral display. This was designed to be a symbol of the wedding’s beginning, infused with the couple’s chosen colors and style. Florals throughout the venue were garden-inspired, with an organic, freshly grown look. Additionally, mirrors were used creatively for signage, a design element that the bride was particularly fond of. Wooden and linen accents also influenced the floral design, adding warmth and texture. [/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]The cake, beautifully made by Studio Cake, was a perfect balance of style and flavor. The bride had a clear vision for the cake design, aligning it with her chosen color palette, ensuring it was as visually stunning as it was delicious.[/field]
[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]The ceremony itself was meaningful as it was officiated by the groom’s God Father/Pastor, who knew them well. They couple chose to have their own sweet personal moment, exchanging vows privately, while their ceremony was shared with some of their closest family and friends.[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #1″]One of the most heartwarming moments occurred during the speeches, when the bride’s grandmother unexpectedly took the floor. She presented the bride with a framed letter that she had written as a young girl, describing her future husband, a beautiful and nostalgic surprise.[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #2″]The wedding was an intimate affair, with only the couple’s closest family and friends in attendance. Many traveled from out of town, a testament to the deep connections the couple shares with their loved ones.[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #3″] The couple’s love story began in high school, and their journey from childhood sweethearts to this day added an extra layer of sweetness and sentimentality to the celebration.[/field]
