They wanted to incorporate special touches to bring the feel of Martha’s Vineyard into the wedding. The bride’s mom even spent the summer gathering and collecting oyster shells to use as their seating chart.

The bride wore a sculptural basque-waist ball gown from Justin Alexander. She paired the strapless dress with an elegant low chignon and diamond studs.

The guests toasted with champagne and enjoyed a lovely plated meal prepared by Buckley’s Catering. Guests dined on local favorites and sipped signature cocktails throughout the evening.

The bridesmaids carried all-white rose bouquets while the bride carried a mix of ivory and purple to tie in the color palette of the day. For the reception, Aubrey Maria Designs crafted a unique hanging floral installation incorporating wicker chandeliers for some of that signature Martha’s Vineyard aesthetic. [/field]

The couple cut into a classic three-tiered buttercream frosted wedding cake with fresh flower accents, revealing a fresh strawberries and cream filling.
