Jacqueline and Peter’s Lake Como wedding celebration was the epitome of timeless elegance, inspired by the historic beauty and refined atmosphere of Villa d’Este. Set against the enchanting backdrop of the lake, the wedding embraced a soft, romantic pastel color palette that harmonized seamlessly with the natural and architectural splendor of the venue. The design was curated to complement the grandeur of the space, enhancing its historical character without overpowering it. The result was a deeply meaningful and visually captivating setting, with the shimmering waters of Lake Como completing the scene. The reception, held in the majestic Imperial Hall, exuded understated sophistication. A clean and warm design set the tone, with pastel floral compositions adding delicate color to crisp white linens. The glow of candlelight brought an intimate, ethereal ambiance to the evening, perfectly balancing formality with heartfelt warmth. Every detail was designed to echo the venue’s grandeur while creating an atmosphere of romance and refined celebration.

The floral concept for this Lake Como wedding was rooted in timeless romance and soft elegance, harmoniously reflecting both the grandeur of the historic Mosaic Garden and the refined beauty of the Imperial Hall. Ceremony – Mosaic Garden: The ceremony took place in the breathtaking Giardino del Mosaico, flanked by ornate architecture and manicured hedges. To enhance the natural symmetry of the space, the floral design featured two abundant floral pillars framing the couple, along with lush aisle arrangements that echoed the same tones. The color palette, peach, soft pinks, buttery yellow, white, and subtle green accents, was brought to life through garden roses, astilbe, lisianthus, carnations, and other delicate seasonal blooms. The overall effect was a soft, romantic atmosphere that beautifully complemented the venue’s historical and architectural grandeur. Reception – Imperial Hall: Inside the stately Imperial Hall, the decor embraced the opulence of the space while maintaining the light, romantic feel of the ceremony. Two long banquet tables were adorned with continuous floral arrangements featuring the same pastel-toned blooms, interspersed with elegant taper candles in glass holders to reflect the warm glow of the crystal chandeliers above. The florals added softness and intimacy to the regal room, with its gilded mirrors, soft yellow drapery, and intricate moldings. The result was a sophisticated and inviting setting that perfectly bridged classic Italian charm with modern refinement.
