Set at a brand new (and expanding!) venue, The World Equestrian Center is the largest equestrian complex in the United States and was recently named one of TIME Magazine’s “World’s Greatest Places of 2024.” This one-of-a-kind venue was special to this couple who grew up with horses in both of their families and who are long-time fans of the facility and hotel. The event was unique even beyond the venue’s claim to fame. Other unique venders included cake designer Yohann Le Bescond (Food Network’s “Summer Baking Championship” finalist), Disney performer Tanner Johnson playing electronic violin (with musical hits a la Bridgerton-rendition vibes), and live painter Valory Canfield. With vendors like these and a setting like this, it’s easy to see why this luxury wedding is an absolute must-see.
Classic wedding invitation style
The special detailing of the day began with the invitation suite, photographed by Rachael Osborn Photography. Invitations were inspired by timeless elegance with a modern twist, using playful fonts and overlapping images to achieve this look.
Custom embroidered “something blue”
The bride’s “something blue” was a custom embroidered “Tears of Joy” napkins, while kitten heels with bows and pearl hair pins created the foundation for timeless bridal style.
On trend: Plenty of pearls
When she wasn’t holding her magnolia-inspired bouquet from Ocala Graceful Gardner, the bride was using an elegant beaded and pearl clutch with a gold metal strap.
Lace applique details + magnolias
Her dress featured stunning lace applique details and an illusion neckline, once again playing with the line of timeless and trendy in the best way. Natural yet elevated glam by Beauty by Amanda pulled the entire look together.
Charming chapel ceremony design
The ceremony took place in a gorgeously charming white chapel with a colorful stain glass focal point. In order continue the streamlined look of the space, the couple and planner JoAnna Dee Weddings opted for plain white vases filled with white roses and greenery at either end of the aisle. Small bouquets of white roses adorned the ends of the pews so as not to take away from the otherwise clean lines of the aisle.
Easy breezy linens and draping
Set under a clear tent with gauzy, off-white draping and welcomed with an Equestrian-inspired welcome sign on a wooden easel, guests enjoyed a garden party reception experience featuring stunning traditionally patterned tablecloths.
Pink and gold table settings
Reception table design brought pink into the mix with plenty of pink details and linens complemented by plenty of candles set atop a pop of forest green fern branches.
