Couture gown, lovingly handmade by Drenusha Xharra
Bride, Kate, has always actively followed new designers from across the world, but had come across made-to-measure couture brands from Kosovo (where her husband is from) on social media platforms, spotting them at various Hollywood events, film festivals, and European fashion. While she was modeling Kosovar designer Drenusha Xharra‘s new collection, she fell instantly in love and chose to entrust the incredibly talented designer with the task of creating her dream wedding dress.
As pink is not a typical bridal color, Kate was so excited to collaborate with a designer who would take creative risks to bring this vision to reality! Each flower on the couture gown was lovingly handmade by Drenusha Xharra, taking almost a year to make the bride’s “most significant fashion dream” a reality. As a friend of the brand, her custom gown was priced at 6500 euro.

“Two years ago, on our Valentine’s Day getaway to the Italian Alps, Etnik proposed to me, and I gladly said yes! I made the bold decision to take the risk of moving to a new country, learning a new language, changing my career, and focusing on building our own beautiful and happy family, just as we had imagined when we were kids. Looking back, I can confidently say that every second was worth it. Sometimes, we all need a little bravery and should be willing to take risks for our happiness.
